Because every package is packed with care to ensure a magical box-opening experience, please allow up to 4 weeks for regular orders to ship. Shipping transit time is additional. Preorders follow the timeline stated on their product listing.

🔮Transit Time: Once your order leaves our space, standard transit time generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

🔮Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow its journey.

🔮Package Safety & Unboxing

Your items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safe, sound, and ready to enjoy. If your package arrives damaged in transit, please take photos of both the outer box and damaged contents immediately and reach out to us at sara@curiositycabinetapothecary.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help make it right.
